Pundak Yotvata is the oldest roadside restaurant in the Arava, which began as a buffet for selling chocolate milk and mocha and expanded.
The restaurant has 300 seats inside and about 150 additional spaces in the shaded area outside. The kosher meat restaurant serves hot, light or full meals.
There’s also a “chocolate bar” – a milk cafeteria serving breakfasts, sandwiches and pastries alongside hot and light drinks, Yotvata ice cream – an Italian-style ice cream made fresh every morning with textures and flavors unique to the milk and cream of the area that is milked across the road.
You’ll also find a convenience store with snacks, soft drinks, ice cream, souvenirs and dates.
