The Kibbutz Neot Smadar Winery is a boutique winery that represents organic wines from the local vineyard. The grape vineyard of Neot Smadar is the southernmost in Israel. The vine grows in a clean agricultural environment, under bio-organic growing conditions that enhance the taste of the grapes. The vineyard grows grapes from different varieties – Cabernet, Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz and Canal Muscat. The wines are manufactured in a natural organic process according to standard requirements.
Kibbutz Neot Smadar’s wines have won medals in Israel and around the world. The wines can be tasted on the winery tour.
