The Kibbutz Neot Smadar Educational Center offers workshops and seminars for in-depth familiarity with kibbutz, community and desert. An in-depth seminar of a few months or a week includes accommodation in the guest rooms and meals in the kibbutz’s dining rooms. The center also offers shorter seminars focused on organic farming, arts and crafts, ecological construction and more.
In addition, two-day and longer workshops are held on the basis of full hospitality and integration with the community.
