Kibbutz Kramim was founded in 1980 in the northern Negev. The name Kramim which means “vineyards” is inspired by the area in which the kibbutz is located, where there are many vineyards.
The kibbutz is a diverse community, a home to both religious and secular members and advocates an ecological outlook on life. The kibbutz runs the “Ami-Hai” preparatory academy, a pre-military academy that is also involved in religious and secular activities.
Kibbutz Kramim also offers a variety of tourist activities, including a country lodge, horse stable and a paintball activity center.
