Every Friday during the winter season on Kibbutz Eilot there is a Farmers Market with farmers and residents of the Arava offering fresh and quality local produce directly from the farmers.
Among the market stalls are fruits and vegetables harvested the day before from the fields and orchards, dates from the last batch of, organic produce from Neot Smadar (olive oil, olives, cheeses, wine, jams and more), fine flavors of the famous Yotvata ice cream, BEER-Zinnot, A boutique beer with flavors from Ketura, honey from the well-known Porat Hive, flowers, spices, ornamental plants and more.
In addition to the Friday food fair at the Kapot Tmarim Dining Hall, you’ll be able to grab a local dish at the Farmers Market, find a shady spot on one of the many lawns and enjoy the pastoral collective atmosphere.
