The Bistrock Restaurant on Kibbutz Hatzor was built inside what used to be the old silo and later the mythological rock club “Metrock”, hence the name Bistrock.
The Chef, Shaul Kaufman, born and raised on the kibbutz, worked for years in Tel Aviv under some of the most well-known Israeli chefs and returned to his native kibbutz to open the restaurant.
The menu is diverse and offers a special culinary experience.
